2. Products & Services

Tule Fab Works specializes in custom fabricated UTV roll cages, accessories, welding services, and related products.

Many of our products are built to order. Because each product is custom fabricated, slight variations in appearance, finish, or welds may occur and are considered a normal part of handcrafted manufacturing.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, availability, or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Prices may change without notice and are not guaranteed until an order has been placed and accepted.

Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Tule Fab Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or website errors
Incorrect customer information
Payment authorization issues
Suspected fraud

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Custom Fabrication

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct machine, year, model, and product options before placing an order.

If you are unsure which product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact Tule Fab Works before ordering.

Custom fabricated products are manufactured specifically to the specifications selected by the customer.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

6. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production schedules may vary due to material availability, supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, order volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

8. Product Use & Installation

Products sold by Tule Fab Works are intended primarily for off-road and recreational use unless otherwise specified.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are properly installed and compatible with their specific vehicle.

Customers should inspect all products before installation and periodically during use.

Improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, racing, abuse, or failure to properly maintain products may result in equipment damage, product failure, or personal injury.

Tule Fab Works is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to properly inspect and maintain products.

9. Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order.

Vehicle modifications, aftermarket parts, suspension changes, body modifications, or other customizations may affect product fitment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tule Fab Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, videos, text, and designs, is the property of Tule Fab Works and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy
