Refund Policy

At Tule Fab Works, we take pride in building high-quality custom products and providing exceptional customer service. Because we manufacture many of our products specifically for each customer, our return policy differs between custom fabricated products and third-party products.

Custom Fabricated Products

All custom roll cages, fabricated parts, and made-to-order products are built specifically for your machine and your selected options.

Because these products are custom manufactured, all sales of custom fabricated products are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

- Custom roll cages
- Custom fabricated parts
- Powder-coated custom orders
- Special-order fabricated products

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Third-Party Products

Some products sold by Tule Fab Works are manufactured by third-party suppliers, including lighting, electrical components, switches, accessories, and other aftermarket products.

Eligible third-party products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

To qualify for a return, products must:

- Be unused and in new condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all original hardware, instructions, and accessories.
- Meet the manufacturer's return requirements.

Please contact Tule Fab Works before returning any third-party product so we can verify eligibility and provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom fabricated products
- Custom roll cages
- Powder-coated custom orders
- Electrical components that have been installed or used
- Special-order products
- Products that have been modified
- Products showing signs of installation or use
- Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, contact Tule Fab Works within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

- The shipping box
- Packaging materials
- The shipping label
- The damaged or incorrect product

This allows us to quickly file claims with the shipping carrier or manufacturer and work toward a resolution.

If the issue is determined to be the result of shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, Tule Fab Works will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue as appropriate.

Return Process

To request a return for an eligible third-party product, please contact Tule Fab Works before shipping any item back.

Please include:

- Your name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

If a manufacturer applies a restocking fee, that amount may be deducted from the refund.
