• Accuracy of Data: For custom cages and parts designed via 3D scanning, Tule Fabworks ensures accuracy based on the vehicle state at the time of scanning. We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by subsequent vehicle modifications made by the owner or third parties.
• Design Approval: For custom projects, final designs must be approved by the customer before fabrication begins. Changes requested after fabrication has started may incur additional costs.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing/product descriptions.
• Shipping: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Refunds:

• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final for custom-scanned cages or personalized fabrication. These items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Assumption of Risk: Off-roading is inherently dangerous. You acknowledge that custom cages and modifications are used at your own risk.
• Installation: Unless installed by Tule Fabworks, we are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the improper installation of our products by the customer or third parties.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tule Fabworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

All content on this site, including 3D designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of Tule Fabworks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our digital designs or 3D models without express written permission.
